DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION THICKENER

BIOGAS POWER GENERATOR

Biogas derived from Biomass is a sustainable renewable energy source. 

Internal combustion engines coupled to electrical generator power by Biogas have been an effective way to produce electrical energy. 

The power plant can come in open skid biogas generator, sound proof canopy or modularized containers. These power plants are modular in design with each engine able to generate up to 2MW.

BIO SCRUBBER FOR BIOGAS DESULPHURIZATION

Removal of Hydrogen sulfide from the Biogas will protected the Biogas engine from corrosion hence reducing the equipment OPEX.
The Bio scrubber is one of the most economical ways to treat hydrogen sulfide without the use of any corrosive chemical like caustic soda.
The packing within the bio scrubber will be inoculated with sulphur oxidizing bacteria from the initial start up of the bio scrubber. The bacteria will grow and form biofilm over the packing when it is in operation. 

Under optimum conditions, 98% of hydrogen sulfide is converted to elemental sulfur.

BIOGAS STORAGE

Bio gas can be stored into the versatile biogas resistant polyester reinforced PVC membranes dome. They can come in 2 membranes or 3 membranes depending on application.
